Interface study
Bobbi is a collar you compose before it is in your hands. Pick a color, arrange miniature charms on the rail, and keep that exact look on file with a fully refundable reservation.
The site had to feel like an object, and it had to be plain about the transaction. A reservation is not a purchase and not a preorder. If Bobbi moves into production, the person who reserved a look reviews the final product before deciding to buy.
What we built
- A styling rail for color, size, and charms
- A reservation flow that says exactly what the payment is
- Refunds that stay available, because it is not a sale
- A visual language built around the collar itself
