These terms govern your use of catharsisdevelopment.com, the website of Catharsis LLC (“Catharsis,” “we,” “us”), operating as Catharsis Devs. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

The site

This is a studio site. It describes Catharsis Devs and the products we design and build in-house: websites, mobile apps, and games. Pages may include interface studies — designed previews of a product — which illustrate the work and are not a live feed of customer data, scores, or prices.

We may change, pause, or remove any page. Information on the site can go out of date. A product’s own website or app is the source of truth for what that product currently does, what it costs, and how to get it.

Separate product terms

Worqan, SpendTel, ProfitPriced, Bobbi, Applistly, and our other products are separate services. When you visit or buy from one of them, that product’s terms apply, including any reservation, subscription, or purchase terms published there. A link from this site does not make those terms part of this page, and these terms do not replace them.

Intellectual property

The site, its writing, its visual design, the Catharsis name, and the product names and materials shown here are owned by Catharsis LLC or used with permission. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the site, the design, or the product materials to build a competing product, or remove the notices that identify us.

Product names mentioned only to describe what an app supports — a sports league, a television show, an app store — belong to their owners. A mention is not a sponsorship or an endorsement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site or attempt to break, probe, or overload it.
• Scrape it in a way that degrades the service for other people.
• Use the site to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive messages to us.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Catharsis.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Pricing examples, including any figure shown in an interface study, are illustrations of how a product thinks. They are not a quote for your job. Decisions about your business belong to you, and to the live product if you choose to use it.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Catharsis LLC and its founder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law permits.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Catharsis LLC against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Catharsis LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved by writing to us, the state or federal courts in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
