Privacy policy

This policy describes how Catharsis LLC (“Catharsis,” “we,” “us”), operating as Catharsis Devs, handles information on catharsisdevelopment.com. It covers this website. Our products — Worqan, SpendTel, ProfitPriced, Bobbi, Applistly, and the others — are separate services. When you use one of them, that product’s own privacy policy applies.

Catharsis LLC is based in Chicago. The studio is led by C'Aira Shields. You can reach us at caira@catharsisdevs.com.

Information this site collects

You can read the entire site without an account. The contact form does not send your message to our servers. It opens your own email app, addressed to caira@catharsisdevs.com, with the note you wrote. If you email us, we receive your address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message.

We use that correspondence to reply, keep a record of the conversation, and handle the request you made.

Our hosting provider may process technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to deliver the site and keep it reliable. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tracker. Fonts are delivered with the site itself, not loaded from a third-party font service at browse time.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With a service provider that hosts the site or delivers email, and only so they can do that work.
• If the law, a court, or a government request requires it.
• If we transfer the studio’s business, in which case this policy still describes the handling.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as we need it to respond, to keep a record of a business relationship, or to meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete a conversation. We will, unless we need to keep it for one of those reasons.

Your choices

You may email caira@catharsisdevs.com to ask what correspondence we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights over personal information. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has written to us, email us and we will delete the message.

Links to other sites

Product pages link to sites we operate and, in some cases, to an app store. Those sites have their own policies. A link is not this policy following you there.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the new policy applies.
